A 60 minute session in which you learn how to self-massage following a cesarean birth. You will receive a belly and scar massage from me during the session.
Massage is very supportive for the healing after a cesarean birth. Ideally you provide yourself with a gentle massage daily.
The scar can be massaged from about 6 weeks after the birth. Your belly can already be gently massaged before that.
I will start with having a gentle look at your scar. Followed by a belly and scar massage. I will teach you how you can do this massage yourself. You will also receive a (digital) handout with the explanation of the techniques.
This massage + mini-course is provided at my home.
