Combining the de-brief of your birthing story with a post-partum massage creates a powerful closing ritual to honor you and all you have done and are going through.

A treatment to improve healing of your cesarean scar and reduce complaints. I use a combination of different treatment methods depending on your complaints and preferences.

The Closing ritual is even more beneficial if done several times during the (early) post-natal weeks. Therefore I offer a package of three at a reduced price.

Nurturing women's circle with your friends. Including a one hour post-partum massage and closing ritual.

Post-natal masssage and closing ritual for you and a friend. You will both receive a one hour treatment one after the other, while the other takes care of the babies.

A session to support you in the process of mental and physical healing after a cesarean birth. Focus is on relaxation, massage and sharing your birth story.

A 60 minute session in which you learn how to self-massage following a cesarean birth. You will receive a belly and scar massage from me during the session.

Post-natal care after a cesarean birth at it's best! A 3-4 hour visit at your home that combines the Cesarean Compassion Session and the post-natal Closing ceremony ritual.
