Women's circle Our Bodies

A gathering for women​

I welcome you to an evening of reflection on our relationships with (our) bodies. Can this be a relationship of profound, unconditional love and how can we get there? And how might this relationship have changed over time, with experiences?

 

Together we will sit in a circle to connect with ourselves and with each other. Turn inwards, reflect, deepen our knowledge about our physical presence, practice gratitude towards our bodies and organs, and embrace our uniqueness.

 

I hope to boldly touch on aspects and biases that shape who we are and possibly even force us into being what we do not always wholeheartedly wish to be.

This is a safe space with no judgement. We are all different and that is to be celebrated.
