Women's circle Cycles

A gathering for women to build awareness around our cycles​

Birth and post-partum is the core of my passion. But for me it is impossible to see these in isolation. Looking at birth, means looking at hormones, looking at women and looking at the full picture. Where are we coming from, and how does that impact our birth experience?

An aspect of this is to zoom in on the cycles.

The Earth’s seasons: Winter - Spring - Summer - Autumn
The Life cycle of women: Maiden - Mother - Maga - Crone
The Menstrual Cycle: Bleeding - Follicular phase - Ovulation - Luteal phase
The Lunar cycle: Dark Moon - First Quarter - Full Moon - Third Quarter

The natural cycles influence us, whether we are conscious of it or not. How connected are you to your body, to the rhythm of the cycles and their interaction?

In this circle I invite you to explore the different cycles and discuss what they mean to us. There is no way to control these cycles, there is only the potential to use the energy they offer us, to embrace them. Knowledge and understanding are our power.

It's valuable for women in any phase of life to gain awareness around their cycles and understand how these empower them.
